It’s time for our November sale! This Small Business Saturday, November 26th, 12-6 pm, we’re open to the neighborhood to come on in, shop letterpress-printed goods and handmade book arts, and see what our kind of working printshop looks like. In setting up for this year’s market we were uh surprised! to remember that 2022 is the 40-year anniversary of the business moving into the 3320 address.
40 years, and we’ve still been here less half the building’s lifespan (built in 1930). Lots of things have changed around here but here’s a couple bricks that have stayed in place.
Leading up to the 26th we’ve been working on some new things, some reprints, some modified reprints—a sneak preview of a print I might still be working on day-of.
We’re also partnering again with Beacon Arts’ South End Public Market, so there will be several other artists & artisans local to south Seattle selling their craft in our weird, hastily-cleaned workspace. Check in with Beacon Arts to see updates about each vendor, as well as SEPM’s monthly, year-round pop-up art markets!
Masks required in the shop, please.
